When to pay
When you register you must pay a deposit of GBP 50.00. This is not an extra charge; we take this off your tuition fees.
If you do not come we can not repay this deposit to you.
Before you come we tell you how much you must pay for your course (we take off the GBP 50.00 deposit)
It is better for you and the school if you pay all your fees by the beginning of your course.
You must pay a minimum of 4 weeks together, at the beginning of the 4 weeks.
If you do not pay the minimum of 4 weeks you must pay an extra 10% for administration.
We do not refund fees if you miss lessons or leave the school early. We recommend you have insurance to pay for this.
If you take a holiday for 1 week or longer, and tell us at least 7 days in advance, you can take missed lessons at another time.
The tuition price includes:
- Lessons and Christian Worship as in the Olivet School Day
- Homework
- School course books to borrow (£20 returnable deposit)
- All school facilities including:
- computers with internet access
- self study room with books to read and cassetts for listening
- students' kitchen and lounge/dining room - Arranging your accommodation
The tuition price does NOT include:
- Accommodation
- Travel to and from school
- Homework books and books for you to write in
- Excursions
Accommodation
You pay your accommodation money direct to the family, 4 weekly in advance.
